Hermine

Hermine: [32]322[32]22

Version 0.5
This section teaches you a very uncommon throw: a multiplex penguin throw.
Begin with two balls in your RH, palm down.
1) Twist your RH counter clockwise, using the twisting motion to throw the ball thatís being held by your pinky and ring finger as a 3.
2) Catch it in your LH.
3) Throw it back to your RH.
4) Orbit the ball clockwise, keeping your RH palm turned towards the ball as you do it. Since your hand is still in the same twisted position as before you threw the ball, you will end the orbit with your palm face up like normal.
5) Catch the ball with your pinky and ring finger.
Practice this throw and catch on both sides.

Version 1.0
Now youíre ready to make it a three ball trick.
Begin with two balls in your RH and one in your LH.
1) Twist your RH counter clockwise and throw the pinky ball as a 3.
2) Throw the ball in your LH as a reverse cascade throw, and catch the one coming down.
3) Orbit with your RH and catch.
4) Repeat.
Practice this on both sides.
Just to note, when youíre doing this, the ball held by your index and middle finger is never thrown.

Version 2.0
Now you need to learn to change from doing it on one side to doing it on the other.
Begin with two balls in your RH and one in your LH.
1) Make the RH twisted throw.
2) Make the LH reverse cascade throw, and catch the one coming down.
3) Orbit with your RH and catch that ball.
4) Cross your arms L over R and throw the ball being held by your RH index and middle finger.
5) Catch it with your LH pinky and ring finger.
6) Throw the ball thatís left in your RH as an under-the-arm throw arcing to the right.
7) Uncross your hands and catch the falling ball with your Rh.

Now weíre right back where we started, but on the other side. From here, itís just a matter of doing the mirror image of the steps above: a LH twisted throw, RH reverse cascade, LH under-the-arm throw, and a LH under-the-arm self throw. Then you can repeat starting at Step 1.

Thatís Hermine. The hardest part is making it smooth, but you always have the video to guide you for that.
