Lisa

Lisa: ([4x4],2x)(4,2)*

People who speak siteswap should get Lisa based solely on the line above. However, some people arenít that talented, and even the ones who are could use a guide:

Version 0.5
Start with two balls in your RH and one in your LH.
1) Throw both of the balls in your RH as a split multiplex (make them go to the same height, with one going straight up and the other one going to your LH). At the same time, shower pass (feed) the ball in your LH to your RH.
2) When the multiplexed balls peak and start falling, throw the ball in your RH as a clockwise 2-in-1 hand throw going to the inside of the ball coming down and headed to the outside of the pattern.
3) Catch the two balls, and re-throw the one in your RH as a clockwise 2-in-1 hand throw.
4) Continue a clockwise 2-in-1 hand pattern with your RH until you feel like stopping.

Donít forget to practice it on the other side: multiplex throw at the same time as a shower pass, then 2-in-1 hand going clockwise.
Version 1.0
Start with two balls in each hand.
1) Begin with the simultaneous throw: split multiplex from your RH while making a shower pass from your LH.
2) Throw the inside-to-outside RH 2-in-1 hand throw.
3) Catch the two balls coming down (notice that this means your now have two balls in your LH) and re-throw the one in your RH as an inside-to-outside 2-in-1 hand throw.
4) Continue a clockwise RH 2-in-1 hand pattern until youíre ready to continue to the other side. Then, instead of throwing a 2-in-1 hand throw

5) Simultaneously throw a LH split multiplex and a right-to-left shower pass.
6) Catch the ball falling to your RH and throw the ball in your LH as an inside-to-outside 2-in-1 hand throw.
7) Catch the two balls coming down (notice that this means you now have two balls in your RH) and re-throw the one in your LH as an inside-to-outside 2-in-1 hand throw.
8) Continue a counter-clockwise LH 2-in-1 hand pattern until youíre ready to do it over.

Itís just a simultaneous multiplex/shower throw, then 2-in-1 hand until youíre ready to do it again. In the next phase, thoughÖ

Version 2.0
Here the pattern becomes Lisa. Itís faster than Version 1.0 because you only get one 2-in-1 hand throw before changing sides instead of however many you feel like:

Start with two balls in each hand.
1) Simultaneously throw the split multiplex from your RH and the shower pass from your LH.
2) Throw an inside-to-outside 2-in-1 hand throw and catch the two balls coming down.

Other side now!
3) Simultaneously throw a split multiplex from your LH and a shower pass from your RH. Catch the falling ball in your RH.
4) Throw an inside-to-outside 2-in-1 hand throw and catch the two balls coming down.

Thatís Lisa. Itís only two throws per side, but itís enough to create a beautifully hectic pattern. If you find Lisa to be too hard, you might find the video to be a nice supplement to this tutorial.
